How do I get the look of a snow bunny/fairy?

glitter, white eyeliner, white everything. and a smile! with a little pink blush and some shimmer on your cheeks.

And for your hair, I’m recommend making full curls with a 1-1.25″ curling iron and spritzing it with hairspray. Straightening your hair won’t do much because as the snow melts in your hair, the cuticles will open and release the pin-straight look. Full curls in a side pony tail and face-framing strands will be a cute look. Try sprinkling loose silver glitters in your hair, but if it’s too obvious (as I’m guessing this will be more of a casual meet-up), try Herbal Essence’s Shimmering Nights creme/spray. It adds a glisten to your hair to reflect nicely in the light.

Also, you can look cute by adding white gloves, scarf, and maybe a hat. If not, accessorize with diamond/gem earrings, or a white or silver headband with a bow in it.
